How things work for the Community Car Service

The areas covered are Suffolk and Norfolk. Journey's mainly consist of hospital, doctor or dentist appointments but please contact the Office Manager if you require a driver for a different journey.
When a driver is needed the booking will be made with the Office Manager either by phone or email, they will then contact one of the drivers and confirm the booking (the client pays the driver directly at 45p per mile). For hospital appointments a permit is arranged in advance so no fees are incurred by the drivers while waiting.
